MUSIGA Calls on Female Musicians to Apply to Perform at She Rhythms Festival Ghana 2025

 

The Musicians' Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) is thrilled to announce the call for applications for the upcoming She Rhythms Festival Ghana, taking place from December 4 to 6, 2025, at the Alliance Française, Accra. This vibrant music festival celebrates  female artists and provides a premier platform to showcase talent across genres.

 

MUSIGA hereby calls on female artistes to apply to perform in the inaugural edition of the She Rhythms Ghana Festival to be held in Accra, Ghana from Thursday, December 4 to Saturday, December 6, 2025. MUSIGA is a non-profit organization with a mission to promote and preserve  Ghanaian culture through education and equipping Ghanaian musicians to be self-reliant, creative and industrious artistes. The selection of both Ghanaian and international female artistes through this call for applications and direct invitation is create a dynamic combination of talents.

 

She Rhythms Festival offers an exceptional opportunity for emerging and established artists to engage with a diverse audience, connect with industry professionals, and celebrate the rich tapestry of Ghanaian music.

 

Musicians interested in participating are encouraged to apply early. Applications should include a performance portfolio, bio, and a brief description of the artist’s music style. Selected performers will benefit from extensive promotion, professional stage production, and the opportunity to join a dynamic festival celebrating empowerment and musical expression. The deadline for this call for applications ends at 11.45 pm UTC/GMT on Sunday, October 12, 2025.

 

She Rhythms Festival Ghana is a MUSIGA event in collaboration with Alliance Francaise Accra and powered by RAM Media Concepts and is part of the activities marking MUSIGA’s Golden Jubilee Anniversary.
