Emmanuel holds an MSc in International Relations from the Accra Business School (Class of 2026). His career is rooted in the philosophy that technology shouldn’t operate under Western ideals alone; instead, African digital tools must be shaped by indigenous cultural sovereignty and ethical systems. He regularly collaborates on civil society and investigative tech policy projects, such as the Center for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID) initiatives to advocate for real-time digital advertising verification and consumer safety in West Africa
