The newly elected Functional Executive Committee of the Ghana Culture Forum (GCF) on Friday 21st April 2023 paid a courtesy call on the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture in Accra. Having been elected this year to steer the affairs of the organisation till 2027, the meeting was sought to formally introduce the new executive body to the leadership of the Ministry.
The newly elected Functional Executive Committee of the Ghana Culture Forum (GCF) and the initial co-conveners of the organisation met in Accra to discuss matters concerning the Ghana Culture Forum, the foremost cultural advocacy platform and umbrella network of practitioners in the Ghanaian cultural space.
In November 2017 the GCF held a capacity building workshop to equip the members of the GCF with standard proposal writing skills to help them properly author proposals to solicit for funds in support of their various projects.
The Ghana Culture Forum, as part of our core mandate, provides the space and facilitates for the participation members in each other’s individual programmes and projects as required. We offer the platform for publicizing these respective activities and generating the necessary patronage for them. We are glad that we continue to provide this service.
